Will my .270 rifle get the job done?

I have a Remington 700 sps .270 rifle. I live and hunt in South Georgia backwoods. I also want to take hunting trips to other states. Just out curiosity, will my .270 kill black bear , whitetails , wild hogs, elk and mountain lion?
