I always have a good diet and I'm starting to exercise more, so I've got those two bases covered. I just know myself and if I drop a few pounds to get my jump started, I'll have the motivation to keep going. What's the best way to lost about 5 lbs fast, so that I have the motivation to continue? As soon as I see the results, it will be easy to keep going with my exercise. Would a diuretic do this, if I was sure to keep myself hydrated?
