Is this wetsuit too small?

I just got my wetsuit today and since I've never worn one I'm not sure how they're supposed to feel. It's supposed to be a triathlon wetsuit and the legs reach my mid calf. The rest of the length is fine and it's really tight( I've heard it's supposed to be bit I've never worn one before)
