I need CHEAP flights to get to Israel Tel Aviv from somewhere cheap in europe,as Dublin doesnt do it.help?

im on a tight budget and i NEED to go around easter time in April. I dont know where to start on geting a cheap flight....as im guna have to buy two flights cuz dublin doesnt do direct flights!!
