Which computer is better, Intel or Asrock?

I have need help to find out what computer is better and for what reasons. One is an Intel D845GEBV2 cires.colorado.edu/jimenez-group/Manuals… , and the other is an Asrock M266A ftp://europe.asrock.com/manual/M266A%20R3.0.pdf . Both have a 2.4GHz processor. The Intel has a 2.4GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor and the Asrock has a 2.4GHz Celeron. Both computers could use either a P4 or a Celeron so I want to know if I could put the P4 in the better computer without damage.
