Should I not care what neighbors think about me having 3 dogs?.

No one can or should even have anything to say about it. Thats yours and your husband to discuss and decide on. I have 3 dogs, a cat and a betta and will inheriate another dog when my boss pes on. But i am single so if a man wants me we are a package deal. If he cant live with my dogs then he needs to hit the road. But like i said thats me and i'm single. Talk to your husband and give him the reasons u want to keep the dog. compromise if u can. Good Luck.
