Have you ever heard of a horse allergic to this many thing?

I know I responded to this last time, but I have some thing to add that might help her out a bit. For food, I don't see rice on your list, so if you need some type of food to help beef her up (although, she looks dang good in those pictures!), I'd use rice bran, just a big sack of plain rice bran, nothing added, that you get at a feed store.
