I am entering a cooking competition at school and we have to make a 3 course meal then cook it in an hour and a quarter. I am doing a steamed trout with pak choi and rice for the main, and meringues with creme fresh and raspberries for the desert. Since there is not alot of time, and I am not the best cook, I thought a soup would be a good starter, but it needs to be healthy and interesting. Help please!? Thanks alot.
